Cancellation Policy

At Zaya Wellness, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and instructors/therapists, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policies below.

1. PILATES & YOGA CLASSES:
1.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time.
1.2 Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in forfeit of the funds paid for the class.
1.3 No-Shows are non-refundable
1.3 Any bookings made within 24 hours cannot be cancelled if for any reason you
wish to cancel it will result in forfeit of the funds paid for the class.

2. MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS
2.1 Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior the appointment start time.
2.2 100% cancellation fee for any treatment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
2.3 Any bookings made within 24 hours cannot be cancelled if for any reason you wish to cancel it will result in forfeit of the funds paid for the massage.
2.4 No-Shows: are nonrefundable.

3. FOR ALL BOOKINGS
3.1 Please arrive 15 minutes early, late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We are betting on you to love and enjoy your Active wear!But If it happens that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

4. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

4.1 RETURNS
4.1.1 Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
4.1.2 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
4.1.3 Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

4.2 Exchanges
4.2.1 Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4.2.2 If your requested size or item is unavailable, you will berefunded.

4.3 Refunds
4.3.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
4.3.2 Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.

5. Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
